Something needs to change in the black communities to save lives. However there is one man who feels the need to change lives and help these situations with all the violence and gun crimes. Former Director of Cease Fire Illinois, and Executive Director of Violence Interrupters https://www.violenceinterrupters.org  Mr. Tio Hardiman felt the hurt of the broken hearted mother of Derrion Albert, and reached out to her and was a shoulder for her to cry on.
